One-on-one Personal Training Sessions:
The big boss Steph, will be Starting back in the gym with training sessions on 24th January. Please email Steph to check available days and times. Please note you must provide a vaccine certificate in order to train with our trainers, and also enter and use gym facilities.
Whether you are new to exercise and need a hand to get started, or you a veteran gym goer and want a shake up, a one-on-one training session is fantastic for learning clinical technique, introducing specific exercises to meet your goal(s), as well as encouraging accountability.
