Group fitness classes are a great option if you are someone that likes variation, a social environment, and a time slot that doesn't interfere with work hours. 

  •  'GMC 6-week Bootcamp Challenge' is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities unless you have a major musculoskeletal injury and/or are in a rehabilitative phase.

  • Sessions are structured to suit the varying group by offering differing levels of difficulty, and ensuring participants understand 'their level', as well as regression + progression of each exercise.

Anywhere.

  • 18 sessions.

  • Exactly the same workouts as the in-person group.

  • Monday pre-recorded video on Facebook from 6-7 am.

  • Wednesday + Thursday workouts loaded onto GMC Training App.

  • Full body training.

  • Circuit | HIIT | Resistance | Cardio | Core stabilisation.

  • 1 x kettlebell + a set of dumbbells needed.

  • PDF copy of Holistic Nutrition Guide by Jayde from Bespoke Wellness.
