Movement Classes.

The infamous GMC 6-week bootcamp, now known as [Fast + high] movement class and the new to the block [Slow + low] movement class run continuously through the year in 6-week blocks. These complementing classes offer a wide range of workout styles to keep you motivated and moving forwards with your movement

goals. Many find being a part of a group, helps increase accountability, adherence, and work output. Our new online options allow you to join in from wherever you are based and be a part of supportive and resource filled groups.


Fast + high next starting 10th June.

GMC online training app.

GMC online training app provides a very interactive and user-friendly platform for us to provide personalised exercise plans to meet your goals, needs and ability, no matter where you are based. From periodised plans for events and races, to sport-specific training, through to general strength and fitness and clinical rehabilitation, we have extensive knowledge and experience across all populations. GMC online training app allows you to sync with Apple watch, Garmin, Fitbit and My Fitness Pal so all your health and fitness data is in one place. Chat to us directly when you have any questions or queries or need changes made to your plan. Be treated as a client, not a subscription number.

In-person training.

Whether you need a shake-up session, a technique check, or regular weekly sessions, we can cater for your needs. Train in the gym, from your home or outdoors. Help build confidence with your movement and feel confident you are in safe hands with highly qualified trainers. The best option for those that need serious accountability or have medical conditions or musculoskeletal injuries that need extra attention and guidance.
